We, Utkarsh Tubes and Pipes Limited, though started operations in 2005, yet have 30 years of experience in the Tube and Pipes Industry. This has enabled us to gather incisive knowledge of the industry and an in-depth understanding of the market. Today, we posses the technical know-how and infrastructure to produce a vast range of tubes and pipes. We are a renowned manufacturer and exporter of SWR Pipes & Fittings, uPVC Pipes & Fittings, Steel, Black & Galvanized Pipes (MS/GI Pipes), High Mast/ Polygonal Poles, Transmission/ Microwave Towers, Scaffoldings & Accessories, etc.

We are the only plant in India to manufacture Steel & PVC pipes under one roof. Our methodology of working is structured around our belief that to make innovative and superior products, we have to continuously bring improvements in the way we work and deliver our products. We regularly update our manufacturing process, in order to ensure that the latest technology is used in the production process. This in turn has enabled us to effectively deploy our resources and manpower to boost production and improve cost efficiency. Establishing an overseas market in the year 1993, 100% of our products is regularly exported to Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Mauritius, Kenya, Uganda and Germany. Our company's total turnover of US$ 75 Million is aimed to reach at US$ 100 Million by 2007-08 i.e. during the current fiscal year.

Utkarsh Steel Tubular Poles, Polygonal Poles and High Masts are used for lighting purposes in streets, highways, parks, etc. Apart from these, they are also used as Flag Pole for Traffic Signal.

Quality Assurance
Utkarsh Tubes and Pipes Limited is an ISO 9001 company with a well equipped laboratory and professional manpower to ensure the quality of our products. We have adequate inspection and chemical testing procedure starting from the procurement of raw materials to the manufacturing of finished product. Our SWR Pipes & Fittings are as per the American standards ASTM-D2467 and ISO 4422. We are a ‘Zero Discharge Plant’ certified by WB Pollution Control Board. All our pipes and tubes are light in weight and hence, easy to handle and install. We also adhere to the British Standard of "BSI" Specification, BS-3505. With raw materials sourced from India’s top steel plants, we are exporting to European, African, Middle-Eastern, SAARC, Far-Eastern and Asian countries.

Infrastructure
The production facility, at Utkarsh Tubes and Pipes Limited is well equipped with the latest machinery for making products in large quantities. One of our most valuable assets is the group of skilled engineers and workers who work in our production plant, They are the backbone of our institution and provide the most needed skills, enabling us to produce premium quality products. We also take pride in our R&D team who constantly strives to include the latest technologies in our products. Our outstanding total annual capacity of 2,54,000 MT has been equally possible due to Port connectivity through Kolkata and Haldia which is a major logistic advantage over other cities in Eastern India.
